Who is responsible
This site is run by Petar Penović, Split, Croatia, who is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: hestia.station@gmail.com.
What we collect
Reservation form
If you reserve a spot, we ask for your email address, the model you're interested in, your country, and an optional note. We use this only to email you about Hestia before the first batch, and to understand how much interest there is. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep it until the first batch ships or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Reservations are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which runs this site and processes the data on our behalf; we don't sell or share them for marketing.
If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. It's used to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)) and is kept only briefly in server logs.
Advertising and cookies
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads, which helps pay for the project.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.

If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, a consent banner asks before any advertising cookies are set. Without consent, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use only limited cookies for things like fraud prevention and frequency capping. You can change your choice at any time with the privacy settings link the banner places on the page.
The site itself doesn't set its own tracking cookies.
Fonts
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, get a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hestia.station@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka), or the authority in your own country.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Transfers outside the EU
Google may process data in the United States. Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
